BOOTH FEE AND SETUP INFO

BOOTH SPACE:

Outdoor space is 10' x 10'
Indoor space is 8' x 4'
We do not provide any equipment. Please bring everything you need (tables, chairs, etc.)

$45
Due within 72 hours of receiving your email to reserve your spot
Venmo to @extrakitsch or I can send you an invoice to pay by credit card
Please note "Crafts & Drafts 6/14" along with your business name

LOAD IN / OUT INFO:

Set up time is 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM, please arrive on time
If you arrive before 2:30 PM, you may not be able to begin setting up until the market space is ready. If you have a special circumstance, then please message me and I will see if we can accommodate you.
Load in on the East side of Kiitos at the loading dock. Please do not bring your booth items through the front door unless we specify to do so.
The event ends at 9:00 PM. Please keep your booth setup until then. The loading dock door will be opened at the end of the event. For indoor / outdoor events, the loading dock door remains open throughout the event.

PARKING:

Park near the front door to load / unload your car and then move your vehicle to vendor parking to allow other vendors to unload. (Check the map below to see where vendors can park)
Do not park in bike lanes or in any other restricted areas in order to avoid parking tickets or being towed.

PROMOTION: Market events are nothing without you, the vendors! We do our best to show off your work and get people excited to come out and shop. The best promo is word of mouth, flyers, and social media marketing. We would really appreciate if all vendors can participate in promoting the market. In addition to word of mouth from vendors, we do participate in marketing this event with flyers, online event guides, and more.

WAYS YOU CAN HELP:

Like, follow, share, comment on the social media posts by us, Kiitos, and other vendors.
Create your own promo post on social media. It doesn't have to be an ad, but if you post your regular content you can always mention something like "find these items at Crafts and Drafts on Saturday April 19th". Tag us when you post this and we will reshare!

FOOT TRAFFIC AND SALES DISCLAIMER: We love to create energetic, fun-filled events with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow your business. While we can't control exactly how many people show up or what kind of sales magic happens, we do put our all into making it an awesome experience.

GIVEAWAY PRIZES

PRIZE DRAWINGS:

Prize drawings happen each hour
Tickets are given to all customers at the event
Prizes are awarded as market coupons that customers can use at any booth in the market
If a customer hands you a $5 ticket as payment, you may accept it as cash and redeem it with me after the event
You will be paid out in cash or by Venmo
I will show you what the tickets look like on the day of the event
We will also accept donated prizes from vendors to giveaway

ADDITIONAL INFO

KIITOS BREWING INFO AND GUIDELINES:

Indoor markets are held in the production area at Kiitos. No alcohol is allowed in the market space while the dock door is open (for indoor / outdoor events the dock door remains open, but a fence is set up to contain the bar area). At the end of the event, we cannot re-open the dock door until all of the customers/alcohol is back to the front tavern area. We will be sure to communicate with you during this time, but please understand if we are not opening the dock door to leave, it might be due to a customer finishing up a sale.
After everyone is loaded into the market, we will close the dock door. After the dock door is closed, you will need to use the front door to go in and out. See the map above or feel free to ask if you have any questions or need help finding which doors to use.
Since the market is in the production space, there may be certain areas that are off limits. If you see a barrier or blocked off space, please do not move the barrier or enter that space. Again, you can ask if you're not sure. We are happy to help make things clear.
No outside drinks (including water) / alcohol is allowed. You may bring an empty water bottle and refill it with water at Kiitos.
Kiitos is open all day, so if we get set up early, then we will open the doors early to allow customers to enter.
While service dogs are allowed, it does need to be noted that this event is held in a production facility that could present hazardous conditions for them. This facility uses a lot of bleach on all surfaces, including the floor and possibly other chemicals. If you require a service animal, please reach out so that we can ensure you are accommodated. We just want to make sure everyone stays safe.
Pets are not allowed.
