Mountain Time Designs

Mountain Time Designs creates handmade, small-batch polymer clay earrings.

Co-founders Paige and Sydney launched the brand in 2021 after realizing they needed a creative outlet beyond their 9–5 corporate sales jobs—and that’s how Mountain Time Designs was born.

 

Each pair of clay earrings is crafted in small batches and often features unique acrylic paint patterns applied to the clay using a silkscreen technique. Once the designs are formed, they’re baked at 275°F, then carefully buffed, polished, and assembled into an array of dangles, studs, and hoops.

 

Mountain Time Designs can be found across the valley at farmers markets, local shops, pop ups, and more!

I, Laura Wittig, am the creative force behind Next of Kiln Designs. I specialize in unique, functional ceramics. My artistic journey began in 2019. As a way to cope with grief, I found a local pottery class and quickly it became my passion. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills through all kinds of trial and error, developing a signature style that is often unexpected. My work employs hand-carved sgraffito designs, collaged underglaze transfers, and bright color palettes. Each functional piece is a one of a kind work of art and completely my personality.
