Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Made to order items are processed and shipped withing 5 business days. 

Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or random cases of extreme weather that may occur here and there. 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@extrakitsch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - OUTSIDE OF THE US

Extrakitsch.com does not currently offer international shipping outside of the US. However, our products may be purchased through our eBay or Etsy shops, which can handle international shipping. Please visit this page for more info.
