Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order items are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during peak holiday periods or due to unexpected circumstances such as severe weather or other events outside our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Extra Kitsch currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@extrakitsch.com with your order number and photos of the item. If the issue was caused by us or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - OUTSIDE OF THE US

Extra Kitsch does not currently offer international shipping through extrakitsch.com.

Some Extra Kitsch products may be available internationally through our other marketplaces. Availability and shipping options may vary by marketplace.
